It's the Trainee Mod practice forum. It's where they can train to see how it feels being as a moderator, and then they just act like it's the entire forum. The sample basket is their sample basket like our normal basket. I'm not adding more forums, but you can add topics and act like they're forums. That's what this is, a Trainee Mod Training forum.
